This sentence sums up what the founder of Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps believed. He carried this principle over to his products as well. On each of the products there is some kind message on it, and this message is written across as well. Even though he has passed away his family dedicates profits to "human Projects" all over Spaceship Earth, which vary from fresh water wells in Ghana to orphanages in Haiti and China; from helping organic farm projects to donating over 1,200 acres of land to the San Diego County Boys and Girls Club of America. In looking to the future Now more than ever before Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps is continuing to help with the environment by contributing through their products. I feel that Dr. Bronner would be happy to know the business is running better and more socially responsibly than ever.

NIRVANA

Whenever you hear Nirvana you think of either the band from the late 80s or something do with peace. Just recently I saw that Dr. Bronner's is releasing a new product line called Nirvana. As I did more research on the product i saw that it is made and mixed from the seed pods that come from an Indonesian plant called Acura Guano, which has been used in Asia for centuries as a soothing cleanser for both the body and hair. What I found interesting is that as always the company is incorporating the message of a clean earth and clean products. As for the whole Nirvana and peace aspect, the product is actually true to its name. Buddhism says that Nirvana, is the highest happiness. Like Dr.Bronner's message to ultimately have peace and a clean Earth, it seems the this product Nirvana is aiming to attain that.

Who is Dr. Bronner?

Whenever I have people over my house and they ask to use my restroom, they come back and me, "what kind of soap is that?" Then I follow their comment with a smile and say, "Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps." If you look at the packaging on Dr. Bronner's you would not think that it is a real soap or that it looks like an odd made-up brand. What amazes people about it is that it actually is really good and cant believe that something so good is in something that doesn't look like Jergens or one of the other well known brands. Once I tell them that it is The bottles are just as eccentric as the founder, Dr. Bronner. Before he came to America and invented his formula for "Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap," he escaped from a mental institution in Germany. Another fact that I found out about his product is that he printed an ever-evolving set of teachings on each bottle that he called “The Moral ABC,” designed, in his words, “TO UNITE ALL MANKIND FREE!” He was known for not only making a very good product, but he was very much so into the cause of world peace and going green. Through his products you can see that he is trying to help the earth or as he would call it, "spaceship earth," by making products that are good for your body as well as the environment.
